It starts with a workgroup
Every user belongs to a workgroup — typically your organizing team. You can name one or more workgroup administrators. Administrators can see all work in the group, edit surveys, and run reports on the workgroup or on a specific organizer.
Contacts
Search the workgroup by name, company, ZIP, type of work, and more. Columns next to each name show how many notes, files, and follow-ups exist. Export the list to a spreadsheet when you need it.
Sharing and privacy
Notes, files, and follow-ups can be marked private so only you see them. Shared notes let organizers from multiple jurisdictions coordinate. Counts on the contact list include every organizer’s entries; private details stay hidden until the author shares them.
Surveys
Each workgroup can tailor questionnaires for contractors, workers, or the workgroup — rating, single choice, multiple choice, or text — then review results and export them.
